Joe has over 25 years of experience and has worked with Ear Doctors throughout his career performing diagnostic audiometry and the fitting of hearing aids. I was in need of a part for a hearing aid for my father. Mr. Miller ordered the part even though he was not the supplier of the hearing aid. He was very quick to respond to all communications and I never had a problem meeting him at his office. When the part arrived (sooner then predicted) he sent me a text to let me know it was available and I was able to pick it up the next day. Me.Miller fitted my father-in-law throughout his hearing aid needs. When he could no longer go to his office he followed him at home and even visited him in the hospital when needed a hearing aid repair!Just call his phone number as he is often out visiting Senior centers etc. but he consistently follows up on any call making an appointment when and where as needed.His costs are reasonable and he developed an excellent relationship with us!
